To keep everything legal we need the following statement to be included in the email you send us with the photos attached

"I __NAME___ grant GameCraft Miniatures and Allen Rockwell permission to use the attached photographs on the GameCraft Miniatures web site and other mediums in connection with promoting their business and products. I also give GameCraft Miniatures and Allen Rockwell permission to crop, edit and resize my images necessary to accommodate whatever medium they are being used for. I reserve the right to revoke this license at any time by contacting GameCraft Miniatures in writing informing them that the license has been terminated."

Also in the email you send you should let us know how you want to be identified and given credit for the photos and your work ... it can be as simple as "Bob in Florida" or your full name and email address, your name and postal address .. whatever you are comfortable with.
