Why Resin?   Why Plaster?
Resin is far more durable than plaster and is better suited for situations where you think there is a good chance of your buildings getting damaged during game play or if you like to make your buildings removable from your game boards. Resin is a more expensive material than plaster, therefore the castings do cost more.   Plaster is cheaper but not as durable as resin. Plaster is very handy for making destroyed or "rubbled" buildings since it is so easy to break and simulate battle damage.

Note about roofing material

All of our building ends kits come with enough roofing material to accommodate any length of side walls that we offer. You simply trim the roofing to the length you need and save the extra.

Our roofing material is very finely detailed, cast in resin and does not look like the vacuformed plastic roofing you may have seen in your local hobby shop.
